OPERATION MANAGER
Qualification:
Male or Female, maximum 35 years old
S1 from any discipline
Good understanding of the garment operation process and solving quality problems
Experience as Production Manager or Assistant Production Manager in garment manufacturing
Strong Leadership, communication skill and team player, Able to manage about 500 people
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, spoken & written
Duties and Responsibilities:
Make a plan to reach a production target
Make a planning schedule per day and per week
Control the man power to match the target
Control area production to make sure all process going well
