- Pendidikan minimal STM Mesin/SMU.
- Menguasai Ms. Office dan AutoCad.
- Dapat menggunakan alat ukur.
- Memiliki motivasi kerja yang tinggi, dinamis, disiplin, cakap berkomunikasi, dan memiliki daya tahan dalam lingkungan yang mempunyai tekanan kerja yang tinggi.

2. Assembling
- Pendidikan minimal STM mesin.
- Dapat membaca gambar tehnik.
- Mengerti dies progressive dan compound.
- Dapat mengoperasikan mesin industri (Grinding & milling).
- Memiliki motivasi kerja yang tinggi, dinamis, disiplin, cakap berkomunikasi, dan memiliki daya tahan dalam lingkungan yang mempunyai tekanan kerja yang tinggi.
