We are currently working with a company that is one of the leading underwriters of Indonesian fixed-income and equity securities. Our client is seeking an exceptional candidate to fill the position of senior marketing manager. The winning applicant will be a highly motivated and energetic individual who is driven by success.
Key responsibilities will include:
Analyze the market, identify and obtain new and potential investors
Design strategic marketing plans to meet the company’s growth objectives
Interact and negotiate with potential investors to obtain asset raising deals
Execute, monitor and evaluate strategic marketing plans
Work closely with primary process to optimize the marketing potential in terms of products and clients
Lead, motivate and stimulate team members to maximize performance
Report periodically to fund managers
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (min.) in related field from reputable university
Five years’ marketing experience, preferably within asset management industry
A general knowledge of mutual funds asset management
Strong track record and networking in institutional market
Fluent in English, both oral and written
WAPERD Certificate is mandatory
Self-motivated, creative, innovative, solution focused and energetic
Strong communication, presentation and sales skills
Excellent relationship management skills
Able to work with minimal supervision, and able to supervise others
